We use it to review and respond to your request. Please do not send passport details, payment information or sensitive documents through this form.
Enquiries are stored privately in this WordPress website and are available to authorised administrators. If email notifications are configured, enquiry details are also sent to the configured business mailbox. Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; routine backups and mailboxes may retain copies separately.
The form uses validation, request verification, a hidden spam field and submission limits. A temporary, keyed hash of the connecting IP address is used for rate limiting and expires after one hour. Hosting systems may keep separate technical access and security logs.
Our hosting and email providers may process information needed to operate this website and communicate with you. Information relevant to a requested travel service may need to be discussed with appropriate suppliers when coordinating your request.
